Vault Agreement (Individual)

This agreement protects your design uploads as an individual. It sets out how your work is securely stored and timestamped in the Vault, your rights as the creator, and our responsibilities to keep your content confidential and safe. You retain ownership of your designs, and can request deletion at any time. We comply with data protection laws and notify you of any breaches.

Vault Agreement (Company)

This agreement covers companies using the Vault. It explains how your company’s designs and related materials are securely stored, timestamped, and protected. Your company retains all rights to its uploads. We use industry-standard security, comply with data protection laws, and will notify you of any breaches. You can request deletion or return of your content when you leave.

Seller Licensing Agreement (Individual)

This agreement allows you, as an individual, to license your designs through Products Pending. You keep ownership of your IP, but grant us exclusive rights to license it for 9 months. You receive 80% of royalties; we take 20% as commission. If your design isn’t licensed in 9 months, all rights revert to you. We handle marketing, licensing, and payments, and you can audit our records.

This agreement is for companies licensing their designs via Products Pending. Your company keeps ownership of its IP, but grants us exclusive rights to license it for 9 months. Buyer Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

All buyers/licensees must sign this NDA before accessing any designs. It requires them to keep all information confidential, use it only for evaluating licensing, and not share it with others. The NDA lasts for 3 years after discussions end. Breaches can result in legal action, and both parties agree to indemnify each other for any losses.
